Justin Kearns

Justin Kearns is a West Virginia native and a 2014 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law, where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and served as Executive Notes Editor.  Mr. Kearns was also a Dean’s Fellow in Professional Responsibility and a member of the United States Supreme Court Clinic, which focused on appellate practice at the Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court levels.

Mr. Kearns has focused his practice exclusively on civil defense, with a primary focus in the areas of medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance coverage, employment/deliberate intent litigation, and general insurance defense.
