BIOGRAPHY
Austin J. Longnecker is an associate in the firm's Winchester office. Mr. Longnecker attended law school at West Virginia University, where he graduated with a labor and employment concentration. He was a member of the national Lugar Trial team, the Executive Notes Editor of the West Virginia Law Review, and the President of the Student Bar Association. He was also a member of the Litigation Clinic, where he assisted West Virginia residents with various legal issues. Mr. Longnecker holds a bachelor's degree in Criminology from West Virginia University.
Austin J. Longnecker advises and defends large and small businesses, state entities and actors, doctors, and other professionals before, during, and after litigation to obtain the best possible results and resolutions for clients throughout West Virginia and Virginia.
