Heather M. Noel

Heather M. Noel joined Shuman McCuskey Slicer in 2022 as Counsel in the firm’s Morgantown office and focuses her practice entirely on litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.  She has over twenty-four years of experience defending corporations, retailers, municipalities and individuals in a range of matters including premises liability, liquor liability, automobile liability, professional liability, municipal litigation, toxic tort litigation, construction defects litigation and other insurance defense related matters.  Heather prides herself on her relationships with her clients and being available to them no matter the reason or time.  She maintains a hands-on approach during the entirety of the litigation process which often results in an earlier and more cost-effective resolution.
