BIOGRAPHY
Katie MacCallum Nichols attended Wingate University in Wingate, NC, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in management, where she graduated Cum Laude. Katie then attended law school at the West Virginia University College of Law.
Katie has spent more than 8 years defending law enforcement officers and related departments, employers, construction and electrical companies, boards of education, state agencies, insurance companies, individuals, and more. In addition, she has prepared multiple insurance coverage opinions. Katie also spent 12 years working for a circuit court and the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
Katie is an associate in the firm’s Charleston office.
