Maxwell R. Warnick is an associate in the firm’s Charleston office. A native of Wheeling, West Virginia, Max attended West Virginia University in Morgantown. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history with a concentration in early modern Europe alongside a minor in law and legal studies. Selected to participate in an accelerated studies program during his undergraduate studies, Max went on to be one of the youngest graduates in his class from the West Virginia University College of Law. As a student, he represented members of the West Virginia community in need of legal representation through the College’s General Litigation Clinic. During the summer, Maxwell first interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia and then joined Shuman McCuskey Slicer as a summer associate.
