Ms. Schaefer graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2002, where she graduated Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. Ms. Schaefer is licensed in West Virginia, the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
