Member Caleb B. David Has Been Appointed to the West Virginia State Election Commission
Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC attorney Caleb B. David was appointed by Governor Justice to the West Virginia State Election Commission. As a member, Mr. David will serve a two-year term on the bi-partisan commission carrying out duties such as regulating campaign finances for candidates and political action committees and providing nonpartisan educational materials to voters and local officials responsible for the implementation of state election laws. He will also serve in an advisory capacity to Secretary of State Mac Warner.
