Welcome Austin J. Longnecker to Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC!
Winchester, VA - Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC is happy to welcome Austin J. Longnecker to our Winchester, Virginia office. Mr. Longnecker is originally from Centreville, Virginia, but grew up in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. He graduated from West Virginia University in 2015, earning a bachelor's degree in criminology, and continued his education at West Virginia University College of Law. As a law student, Mr. Longnecker clerked for the Honorable Robert Trumble in the Northern District of West Virginia and held a summer associate position at Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC. His leadership roles and positions include President of the Student Bar Association, Law Review Executive Notes Editor, Lugar National Trial Association Treasurer, and WV Employment Lawyers Association Secretary. Mr. Longnecker will begin his practice working in the areas of Civil Rights Litigation, General Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and State, Municipal & Public Utility Litigation.
